Where do I begin? So…As a first time homebuyer everything was very new to me. But luckily I had a very knowledgeable agent. It was cold as ever, but he still came out to help me as much as I needed. If I sent a listing at the wee hours of the night, he quickly responded; this was a one time thing. That alone showed me he was serious about his job. Although the home search was short lived, he wasn’t in a rush to secure a home. He made sure every house was in my budget and school district of choice. Overall this endeavor was smooth as butter.
